By using the standard BLRBAC instrumentation, Alert System's Recovery Boiler Advisor
can detect tube leaks in the order of 0.2 - 0.5 percent of the normal water flow to the
boiler.
The system also uses time-varying Kalman Filters to predict stack emissions as a backup
tool for the real analyzers.
